Service request information
When you submit the form, the website stores your name, phone number, area, selected service, problem description, language and source page in the WordPress dashboard.
Why the information is used
The information is used to review the request, contact you, arrange the service and maintain an internal enquiry record. A copy may be emailed to the business enquiry address.
WhatsApp and Google Maps
After the request is saved, WhatsApp opens with a prepared message for you to review and send. The website also contains Google Maps links and an embedded map. These external services apply their own privacy policies.
Data retention and security
Enquiry records remain in the WordPress dashboard until an authorised administrator deletes them. Reasonable security controls are used, but no online transmission or storage method is completely risk-free.
Your choices
You may contact the business to ask about, correct or request deletion of an enquiry record, subject to legitimate operational or legal requirements.
